This paper explores the integration of sustainability into strategic management within public sector organizations. As sustainability increasingly becomes a global imperative, public institutions are under pressure to adopt long-term strategies that align with environmental, social, and economic goals. The article proposes a conceptual framework that integrates sustainability principles into each stage of strategic management—formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Using a qualitative literature review methodology, the study draws from recent research, international case studies, and policy guidelines to construct a model tailored to public sector dynamics. The proposed framework emphasizes stakeholder engagement, policy coherence, and sustainability performance indicators. The study concludes that embedding sustainability into strategic management enhances institutional accountability, improves public trust, and ensures policy effectiveness in addressing climate change, inequality, and resource scarcity.
